Since all cases were settled by the defendants agreeing to comply with the GPL. Lawsuits do not continue when parties settle their differences.
They have never received *any* requested relief from any claim -- they in fact have been 100% skunked as they ran away.
All the defendants comply with the GPL. That is the only relief that the FSF needs.
The GPL lawsuits totally failed in their requested relief.
