The court order didn't say that the lawsuit is automatically restored
due to plaintiffs "changing their minds within a month." After numerous
delay requests filled by the plaintiff, the court basically said: enough
is enough, I throw you out of this court immediately ("The Clerk of the
Court is directed to close the case.") but you may try to persuade me to
restore this litigation within a month. 

Stop being utter idiot, Hyman.
