The exclusive rights granted by copyright law are fine-grained.
There is no basis in copyright law for the ludicrous claim that
an author who grants permission to copy and distribute his work
verbatim has perforce granted permission to copy and distribute
that work as part of a collective work. This is merely your usual
lying, twisting, and spinning to avoid the obvious fact that the
GPL works exactly as its authors intended it to.
