Not so long ago I changed the default staff size from 16 to 20 pt
because it is the size music normally is printed at. (And also to
catch programming errors. At 16 pt, the vertical step size is 2 pt
exactly. This masks lots of programming errors.) The result is that
I (actually Jan did) had to change the linesize to get an acceptable
number of measures on a line. Use ly2dvi if you aren't debugging.
