Well, I think it probably makes the most sense to try to pick some
default that looks reasonable on the paper size that has been
selected. There can be a special setting to use if you want to print
almost-B4 sized output on A4 sized paper. I'm not sure what the best
way to choose the margins is. (Of course, ideally the default
behavior should be acceptible on both A4 and USA letter size---what a
nuisance, having these two different standards.)
