A hybrid size like this seems like a good choice. Is it reasonable to
fix the margins at 10mm / 15 mm for all paper sizes (independent of
the font size chosen) and use the 11 inch by 210 mm paper size as the
default?
(Of course, at the moment I have no idea what determines the margins
for lilypond output. The textheight variables seems to be mostly
ignored. And the vertical margins are very big. What determines all
of this stuff?)
