1. remove the guile RPMS from the Lily site, keep just the tarball,
since we know now that you have to compile guile to get some files
required for Lily to install properly.

2. Put a tarball of man2html on the Lily site that installs as is on
Linux. Every site I check for this program has a different version -
the site mentioned at the bib2html site only works with some special
HP-Unix systems, other ones (e.g. the version on the man2html home
page at http://www.oac.uci.edu/indiv/ehood/man2html.doc.html) have
instructions for 'Unix' that don't work on Linux...

3. Put a known-good bib2html tarball up to complete the suite of
specials needed for Lily install - it's small.
