No.  Stylesheets define the general layout (`style') of a document
(afaik), so fine tuning (by definition) would not be done with style
sheets.  Moreover I think it is not feasible to separate appearance tuning
commands from the note input, because you would need a labeling
mechanism (and have the user laboriously enter labels) to define to
which note a typesetting command applies.
