Is the tex output from LilyPond 1.2.0.jbr1 (win95 precompiled executable)
capable of being run through pdfTeX? I have tried, but I get errors from
pdfTeX:
>pdftex menuet

I presume it is some font problem, but have no idea how to solve.
The file "menuet.tex" was generated from the tutorial file "menuet.ly" by
>lilypond menuet
Should there have been some extra options to generate pdfTeX output?
