Ok, I figured since the last version of lily for Win32 is *still* 1.2.0 that
I'd bite the bullet and compile a Win32 version myself (my linux box is
currently in bad shape). So I go to the Documentation/ntweb subdirectory
(like the docs tell you) hoping to find info on how to compile for Win32,
only to find absolutely no info whatsoever. The index.texi file is pretty
much a mirror image of what's currently on JBR's lily web site, so it's
pretty useless as far as compiling goes... As I recall, there once was
extensive documentation listing packages, methods, etc. regarding compiling
for Win32. What happened to it? And, more to the point, just how do you go
about compiling for Win32?
