I'd like to test this, but an older version (1.3.57) is on the FTP site.
Since I have yet to be successful in compiling this beast for WinXX, I was
wondering if and when you were going to update the FTP site?

One other thing, which may already be fixed (which is why I haven't yet
mentioned it) is that lily seems to be ignoring the
\translator { \ChordNameContext chordNameWordSpace = #1 }
parameter in the \paper block (I tried many different numbers in place of
that 1, but to no avail). It may also be ignoring \translator
\LyricsContext textScriptWordSpace = #0.3 } as well, but I haven't had the
chance to test it yet (it seems like it's working).
