Ah, sorry.  .57 will also do these things, but to see the delta symbol,
you have to copy the proper msamxx.tfm file (probably msam9.tfm) to
lily's tfm directory, or the cwd.  .60 will be available for cygwin.

Hmm, it seems that something's broken here.  I'll need to look into this.
