guile 1.3.4 and 1.4 both work with lily, but they are not binary
compatible. The RPM I built was done with 1.3.4. If you wish, you can
manufacture your own rpms using rpm -tb lilypond-1.3.x.tar.gz
(BTW, where did you find the guile 1.4 rpms?)
