   We haven't really achieved it until now.

We achived it many years ago in the form of GNU/Linux.  And then in
the form of the first 100% free software distributions.

   Please, GNU Guix is a package manager, and that's very different
   from an operating system.  The Guix team is working on a
   distribution of the GNU system for the GNU project, though.

GUIX is an 100% free operating system, so says the GNU maintainer of
GUIX and the web page for GUIX.  And so says RMS.

   We still don't have that, but we are pretty close.

100% free operating systems.  Clearly they don't exist.
