I can imagine two solutions.
One option is bundling all those packages with gnucash. This way, you
get all the correct versions with gnucash. This is a bit much for big
things like lesstif or gnome, but not such a big deal for the others.
The advantage here is that if they have, say, an incompatible version of
guile already installed, gnucash gets the correct version anyway.
Another option is to maintain working versions of all the required
packages on gnucash.org -- both RPM and source.
