Can you be a bit more specific? The only problems I've read so far are the
Xme... linker errors. And they are *not* due to XmHTML but to the LessTif
configuration. XmHTML was written on a Redhat system and compiles out of the
box on Redhat, debian, Irix, AIX, HPUX, Solaris and FreeBSD to name but a
few. The README clearly states what you need to set up or configure before
attempting to compile XmHTML. The problem is not necessary XmHTML itself but
the configuration of the target system. The uncompress and compress linker
errors for example are due to a minor nuisance in the XFree86 installation.
Nevertheless, the next release of XmHTML will use configure. Amongst others,
it will look for libXpm, libjpeg, libpng, libz, lesstiff version & presence
of Xme symbols.
