In little bites, I'm slowly converting things over to automake.
Completion is a little ways off.
I ran into one gotcha that will require all .c files in src/ to be
moved into a sub-dir. automake compiles sub-dirs first, which breaks
the existing setup.
So, okay with everyone if Destroy.c, FileDialog.c, MultiLedger.c, and
SplitLedger.c end up in a "util" directory?
