Thanks for the quick reply. Here is where I am with compiling...

The tar ball on the ftp site appears to only support the motif version? I
couldn't find a make target for gnome in the Makefile.

With the latest CVS version, I can get through the ./configure just fine.
"make gnome" ouput follows:

[walke@vann xacc]# make gnome
make FLAVOR=gnome build-flavor
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/xacc'
make[2]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/xacc/lib'
(cd g-wrap && make)
make[3]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/xacc/lib/g-wrap'
cd . && aclocal
aclocal: configure.in: 33: macro `AM_PROG_LIBTOOL' not found in library
make[3]: *** [aclocal.m4] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/xacc/lib/g-wrap'
make[2]: *** [g-wrap-install] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/xacc/lib'
make[1]: *** [build-flavor] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/xacc'
make: *** [gnome] Error 2

Any ideas? I haven't put much time into figuring it out yet. I was still
hoping to go mindless with an RPM version...
