Easily coded in src/register/splitreg.c; I just "hacked" it to do so.
The code in splitreg.c should get turned into Guiled configuration so
that this can be controlled on widespread basis at runtime; the file
contains comments indicating as much.

I'd be game to change some of the terms slightly, although they're 
not overly inappropriate, and may be helpful to naive users that
are not "debit/credit-literate."
