I would like to create a new category in the bugtracker, for
supporting files. PRs 12, 13, and one other i kicked to
xaction-engine tonight would belong there.
what to call it? supportfiles? documentation? well, #12 doesn't fit
that too well. i dunno, so i am looking for ideas.

ps. beef about jitterbug: after we change them all to their
respective categories, we fix them. then we move them to
'fixed'. how stupid. the only fix I can think of is to create a
-closed category for each of the working categories.
