I have not commited this. I've gotten 150 emails since thanksgiving,
sorry.  Dave petticolas said that he grabbed it, I will almost certainly
wait for his jumbo patch.

Once I commmit, you'll probably get a 'C' meaning 'conflict' if your code
and my code are not idntical where the changes occured.
