Sounds good :) I think the most logical place to put this would
be in the account edit window. Right now it just displays the
parent as an uneditable string. We could instead have a tree
displaying those accounts which could be chosen as the new
parent, with the current parent highlited by default.
The engine appears to have some support for this (xaccGroupInsertAccount
removes the account from its old parent automatically), but it doesn't
appear to be enforcing things like common currencies and type
compatibility.
