For my business, I have an SQL database containing, among other
things, a table with all of my clients' account transactions. This
table is updated automatically when I gain new clients, when their
accounts are due, when their credit cards are charged, etc.
Right now, my client list is (sadly) small enough that I can import
this activity into GnuCash by hand. This is rapidly ceasing to be the
case, however, and I'd like to automate the process. I can easily
write a script to output the transactions in an easily parsed format
every month or so. How can I get this information into GnuCash?
