CVS has been updated.
New Stuff:
+ All files have been tagged with gnucash-1-3-3. The new things
below are *after* the tagging.
+ Bill Gribble's patch to the qif importer.
+ Yannick Le Ny's update to the French translations and
updated README.french.
+ More fixes to the balance and pnl reports.
+ The precision of displayed monetary values is taken
from the locale instead of being fixed at 2.
+ configure.in tests for glib-config and sets GLIB_CONFIG_BIN
appropriately.
