I can't tell exactly what's going on here, but I have a few guesses.
First, you're using a slightly old version of the QIF import code (I
can tell because of the error messages). That's probably not the main
problem, though I know several bugs were fixed in reconciliation state
and some smaller things. You shouldn't be having major problems with
that version AFAIK.

That's a problem, alright :) Let's talk.
- How many QIF files are you importing at once?
- How many accounts does each file represent?
- Are you checking the QIF Account field of the Files tab after clicking
Load to make sure that the autodetected account name actually reflects
the name of the Quicken account that the file represents?
There are right answers to the above, of course :) Just FYI, they are:
(a). One QIF file per Quicken account, imported all at the same time
(b). One
(c). Yes, of course!

You're right.. they can be ignored.
If you can answer the questions above it will help me fix whatever is
