I have helix installed.  I have /usr/lib/printConf.sh

[scott@localhost ~]# rpm -qf /usr/lib/printConf.sh 
gnome-print-devel-0.12-0_helix_4

So it's not a bug.  He needs the devel package, just like Dave said.
