Yes, swig handling definitely needs improvement. Actually, the
swig dependency will soon be going away. We are going to change
gnc-prices so that it doesn't use the engine api, it just passes
the info to scheme.
The eperl I don't understand -- 1.3.6 isn't even supposed to check
for eperl and it's not used at all. Are you getting an eperl check
during configure?
