Dave, unless someone has a better idea, could you put this in doc/html
as index.html for now? (and I didn't know how to get the squiggly on
the c in Francais, so don't shoot me :>).
I'm also going to add a symlink in the install tree from
.../gnucash/doc/html to .../share/gnucash/html.
