The add account dialog is modal by intention -- when it's opened, no
other dialog, including the main window, may be used.  I suppose we
could make it modeless, but it would need refreshing since it has an
account list in it. Also, there are some things about its internal
implementation that would need to change. Could it wait until 1.5?
