Evening All,
I just downloaded 1.3.100, and ran into a problem with simply opening my
Savings account.
The error that appears is as follows:
Gdk-WARNING **: local not supported by C library
ERROR: In expression gnc:split-scm-set-account-guid:
ERROR: Unbound variable: gnc:split-scm-set-account-guid
I am running on Caldera OpenLinux with KDE, (Yes, KDE) but with the Gnome libs
installed.
I created the accounts in 1.3.8, and just tried to open them in 1.3.100.
The account where this failed has split transactions for my pay check. The
split is as follows:
Gross (Income)
Fed Inc Tax (Out)
Soc Sec Tax
Medicare Tax
CT State Tax
(adding) 401k Deduction
ESPP Deduction
(Adding) 401k Match (Inc)
401k Match (Out)
1.3.8 handles this fine, but 1.3.100 dies as soon as I try to open the acount.
Is there any more info that I can get for you, or any place that I can look to
find the problem???
1.3.8 looked great, but for the one bug that crashes gnucash when I try to
duplicate a split record (My paycheck), which is why I wanted to try 1.3.100
For now, I suppose I will continue with 1.3.8...
If I can be of any more assistance on anything else, let me know...
