This is virtually impossible unless you support only obsolete release
configurations.

And it is equally easy under RedHat, etc.
The problem is that the poor user must find the correct set of
instructions/packages for his particular installation. (And hope that he hasn't
have some sub-package upgraded by another program that he has installed)
