There's no particular owner of the reports; in many cases the primary author is no longer around. I note that Christian Stimming does have a copyright/authorship notice on many of them, so he may assert otherwise. Which report in particular? Expenses piechart? Barchart? I suggest removing relevant transactions from (perhaps a copy of) your datafile until you find the one that makes a difference. If there is a large number, perhaps a binary search will allow you to find it faster.
