I'm using Windows 7.

It is definitely crashing :-) Not sure if the below helps anyone.

Is that Windows 7 - 64bit or 32 bit ?

There are a couple of bugs in bugzilla already regarding 64-bit Windows 7,
and at least one related to the mysql backend as well [1]. That bug doesn't
report a crash though.
