I've committed the patch for this bug. In a couple of days I will have a
(small) patch also for documenting trading account [1] because I think
it deserves to be in the docs: at the moment I'm studiyng where to put it.
While talking about documentation I've found a couple of problems
running xmllint for gnucash guide:

The introduction of SQL formatted back end files. This has substantial end user
effects that really should be documented clearly from day 1. As I mentioned,
Cristian has addressed my concerns, as documented in bug 635357.
