Hi Robert, I think the libgnc-gnome issue is caused by the fact that the current nightly package has a jumble of autotools- and cmake-created DLLs. I've created a PR to fix this and another issue in the build scripts at https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash-on-windows/pull/8
I don't know anything about the second issue.
