Patiently using 3.4 on Ubuntu 19.04, so I assume this preference is the one on the Accounts tab. Yes, credit accounts are reversed.
If someone is looking at the budget editor, a *big* improvement in my opinion would be the ability to copy/paste a whole column from one period to another.
