GnuCash is still on Gtk+ v3. (that port was quite the task, I don't
think there will be a move to v4 for some time)
My `gtk-3.0.css` named file works just fine. And I think on a Mac you
can just name it `gtk.css`
The proper location is:
~/Library/Application Support/GnuCash

consistent. Someone else will tell you the correct folder name for Gnucash 4.
