Sigh, it looks like the Gtk Windows Devs have broken using settings.ini, see
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/1774.
I was able to get the register font to change to Times New Roman in the
register by creating
C:\Users\John Ralls\AppData\Local\gtk-3.0\gtk.css
with the contents
gnc-id-sheet {
font-family: Times New Roman;
font-size: 12pt;
}
Putting the file in Roaming instead of Local didn't work. Using '*' instead of
'gnc-id-sheet' changed the font size for everything but the font family was
ignored. Note that the css class names have changed since the wiki page was
written so you'll need to use the Gtk Inspector to find the current classes if
you want to style other things.
