On Windows, your 'My Downloads' folder is usually a sub folder of your
user directory, unless you've specifically changed it.

I've downloaded a bank's transactions as a QFX and I can find it in my
"pc/downloads", but suddenly, Gnucash won't let me get there. It wants to
go to OS/users/pobru and won't let me get to C drive. I am not aware of
making any changes. Downloads have been working fine until this morning.
Any suggestions?
