Take another look (attachment to email with "Date: Mon, 6 Mar 2023 09:09:49 -0700"). There was one payment shown, which as you would expect increased the accumulated overpayment. Whether the booked overpayment actually happened in reality is another matter, of course. The OP's emails suggest it didn't.
