If I am in the stock Asset account, when I click Actions (top of screen),
then Edit Exchange Rate,
I get a popup: This register does not support editing exchange rates.

If I am in the Equity account (stock was a gift), when I click Actions
(top of screen), then Edit Exchange Rate,
I get a popup: The two currencies involved equal each other.

If I am in the Equity account, with the 4 splits showing, Right click on
split with stock,
then click on Edit Exchange Rate, I get the popup that lets me change the
price per share.
If I then click on Enter on top of screen, the Trading split is finally
correct. Thanks.
