Brad, as far as I know you have two choices for the mailing list: digest form (misleadingly called "daily digest" -- I received two or more digests some days) and individual messages. You choose your preference by following the directions at the bottom of every GnuCash list email. (By the way, please don't quote those directions when replying to an email in the list. It's courteous to trim your reply of nonessentials.) It would be up to your mail client to separate the digest (if that was your choice) into individual messages. The onus is on the email sender to adhere to conventions, and no, that doesn't always happen. One thing _is_ enforced by the mailserver: an image embedded in your message is not transmitted. Images as non-embedded attachments are transmitted.
