Phyllis, I came into this thread in the middle so I don't know why you are looking for your c:\ drive, but it usually means that you want to find some 'under the hood' information, since you should not be putting any of your user data files there. Those files belong in one of your 'user' folders.
That said, on the Windows 10 computer screen in front of me the c:\ drive is named "OS (C:)" and it is under a folder called "This PC" . It is a relief that the ubiquitous and seriously misleading word 'My' is completely missing!
