Bruce - thanks for the explanation - you are more "comprehensible" than the user guide/manual.
I think my issue is that I do not know how 'not' to track stock that was sold in my financial year. You are very correct in your statements regarding: - CUIV - Sealink/Kelsian - RAI02 etc. They have been sold off, merged, or taken over with different names. By Australian Tax Law, I need this data in my reports. How should I remove them from the Price Database Updating, but keep them for this financial year's reporting? Next financial year, they will not appear in my data. Australia has a Jul-Jun Financial Year, thus not a calendar year. Thanks!
