Flatpak version of GnuCash works differently with Finance::Quote  than
the other versions of GnuCash - https://www.gnucash.org/download.phtml  

Does the current or latest version of F::Q require the current/latest
version of Perl to be downloaded & installed separately?  

Or are Finance::Quote and Perl bundled together, but separately from
GnuCash?  

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perl - it appears that the latest stable
release of Perl is 5.40
