I am seeing same issue in Python based libraries as well. I’ll wait a bit before I take a stab at trying to figure out what could be the new controls put in place. I have a hunch that they are performing a major update to their web properties and want them to stabilize it. They definitely take few weeks to rollout all their changes across all geo zones as they are deliberate in how they rollout to each geo zones, and then fix issues as they prop up.
For now, it will have to be multiple updates consecutively to cover all securities via GNC that depend on Yahoo JSON for quotes retrieval. From: David G.
