I think a fix was just issued, so perhaps a nightly build tomorrow is
worth a test, but of course, falling back to 5.12 won't hurt. Yes, it
should overwrite 5.13, but if you have any issues there, then formally
uninstall 5.13, then retry installing 5.12.
