Yes can be set. BUT I strongly recommend that for all reports you
specify explicit dates. If you specify explicit dates, then you know for
certain the dates used. If you rely on things like current period,
previous period, etc. then there is a chance of error, because NOW the
real time date (the date on which you run the report) comes into play.
With explicit dates, no real time dependency.
