Thank you for your helpful follow-up.

You are welcome.
I couldn't find FinanceAPI but did find information that looks promising on MorningstarUK, where I was able to download factsheets, and those provide the following details:

The 'financeapi' method is listed as "YH Finance" I believe. It does require signing up and getting an API Key/Token at https://financeapi.net/.

Please send the link. It will be handy to know if F::Q team needs to replace symbols used in the test script.
For the HSBC fund:ISIN GB00B76WP695Bloomberg ticker HSWIPCA LNSEDOL B76WP69 and for the Vanguard fund:ISIN GB00B3TYHH97Bloomberg ticker VGLS60A SEDOL B3TYHH9

I haven't tried those yet in GnuCash as it seems to be working with
different tickers, but with the HSBC ticker shown above I'm
wondering whether the space within it has any significance, as most
others I've seen and used have a .L at the end.Many of the F::Q modules will only accept one type of symbol. As I've
mentioned previously both MorningstarUK and FTFunds will only query on ISIN codes. The man page or documentation for each can be displayed by executing "perldoc Finance::Quote::MorningstarUK" or "perldoc Finance::Quote::FTfunds". An alternative is to look them up on MetaCPAN.

https://metacpan.org/pod/Finance::Quote::MorningstarUK

https://metacpan.org/pod/Finance::Quote::FTfunds

Both note that only ISIN codes are used for lookups.

Thank you.
