Installing GC 5.13 I had to previously uninstall the existing version and
delete the gnucash directory . Then it worked properly.
Some dll of the previous version where not updated.
Curently, 5.13 works fine, for my simple usage.

Went to update gnucash to 5.13. It first deleted my 4.89 version. Then when
it installed Webroot flagged libcuin76.dll as containing malware and blocked it
loading. Now I’m left without gnucash.
